 PLB (Bounded Logistic Center)

Inauguration of Bonded Logistics Center in Cakung conducted on March 10, 2016, attended by seven hundred people and nine people from the ministry. The area to establish Indonesia Bonded Logistics Center at least one hectare. 

Companies that joined the Bonded Logistics Center there are twenty-eight participants were inaugurated in two phases, phase one contained eleven logistics companies and phase two there are seventeen logistics company.

The background of the establishment of Bonded Logistics Center: 

1. High logistics costs.
2. The amount of dwell time for various reasons.
3. The limited access in import-export. 

The difference of a temporary reservoir to the bonded logistics center are:

1. TPS (Tempat penimbunan sementara): Payment of direct taxes paid upfront.
2. PLB (Pusat logistik berikat): his tax payments can be paid in installments according to the amount of goods out of the bonded logistics center.

Notions in logistics:

1. Teamwork understand: we can not do the job alone because we work environment of teamwork. if the results of our work satisfactory then assessed work well is the group.
2. Understand the principles of practical logistics: Logik (can dihukur and calculated), Discipline (the processing time is right and handled properly), and unique (to know the characteristics of our business)
3. Understand the opportunity: we should be able to foresee the situation and we could take a chance. 

 The conclusion is:

1. No need to go through an intermediary so can reduce unexpected costs and dwelltime.
2. Can cut port fees.
3. Bonded logistics center is a new knowledge.
4. Not only fundamental change but a new breakthrough in the world of logistics and customs as an extension of a temporary reservoir.

           Saluran distribusi modern adalah langkah baru untuk menyalurkan barang  ke konsumer menggunakan perantara pedagang eceran yang modern seperti minimarket,supermarket,hypermarket,dept. store,dan convenience store.

           Pemerintah harus membuat regulasi sehingga pasar tradisional tidak tersaingi dengan adanya pasar modern. Dan bagi warga masyarakat harus lebih kritis dalam menghadapi modernisasi.
